    The WORST customer service I've ever experienced, Period!

    So after making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, i recieved an email from "Beth", Executive Escalations Specialist from the Customer Advocacy & Exceptions Management Team. Im probably not the only person who recieved an email from someone from
    the team after filing a complaint, so im definitely not going to hold my breath...

    Plastic marks!

    A friend of mine had scratches on his Xbox One ootb. Escalated above the usual customer services and it was replaced.

    You would need to go to Contact Us | Xbox Support to either chat with support or request a call back. You'll need to say no, thanks to the virtual assistant and
    then you should see other options for contacting support. If you don't see those options, you'll need to change your topic.

  7. I need to go higher. I tried to purchase 2 xbox bundles AND games and only one order went through.

    Tried numerous times and 3 different debit cards which all have planty of money and your server was screwed up

    i ordered one for myself and one for my son in another state

    now they wont honor the deal because their telling me i waited to long to contacvt them.

    well people DO WORK and i tried to call customer sopprt 5 times and sat on phone all night only to be ignored

    I wanna talk to president of sales force.

    This is real ______

    you.

    Here on the forums we do not have the tools to do so. Your best bet is to get in touch with the Microsoft Store Support personnel who can assist you more fully. I do apologize if you have had a frustrating experience with them at a prior time; however, if
    you do contact them again, I'm sure you will reach a different agent and can be assisted in the correct manner to resolve your issue.

    As previously mentioned by XBF Amber the proper procedure would be to contact Microsoft Store Support. Unfortunately we don't have the tools to assist with this issue. We hope this issue gets resolved. Please let us know how it goes.
