    I respectfully ask: Why, if you know it is an issue, do you not compensate your customers? I am very frustrated with this issue and have been treated as if I have done something wrong by customer service and do not wish to spend further hours explaining
    the issue. again the issue is with the purchase button not actually buying a game when the game is on sale and the purchaser is subscribed to game pass.

    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with purchasing a game while having game pass subscription. Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass subscriptions often have sales while subscribed.

    If you purchased the content on your account, please take a moment to
    view your Xbox purchase history online
    to confirm the purchase. Unfortunately, if the purchase is not on the account, you will need to purchase the content.

    Here in Xbox Forums, we do not have the tools or resources to further assist with purchase. We recommend
    to contact Customer Support for further assistance.

    Hey there Gregory,

    I do apologize for the inconvenience, I don't think she meant that there is an actual issue with the buttons to purchase with the subscriptions being active or interfering with the sale. I have purchased many items that are offered free with the subscription
    and have not run into this problem, It is possible that it was accidentally pressed.

    Of course if you had purchased the game you would have been able to look over the transaction details and confirmed the purchase. Have you taken a look at the

    Purchase History
    to see if the transaction is there? If you are able to view the transaction but you still do not have the game then you will need to
    Contact Xbox Support.

    game pass" button. yet when game pass expired, I could not play the game. I talked to a support rep for some time. she said "Seems like the system didn't charged you for the game because it has tracked your active Xbox game Pass subscription.". Even though
    I pressed the purchase button. I clearly remember because it was on sale for 14.99 down from 59.99. It seems like a subtle trick. And now I have to purchase the game for 4x the amount I should have paid for it if I want to play it.

    Hate to burst your bubble but gamepass discounts arenr 60%

    Its 20% with the lowest only being free on gamepass or psn plus members are you sure you werent looking at xgu month to month pricing because thats how much xgu is

    Or steam for 6 euros

    Borderlands handsome edition was only offered for one month for free with the 20% discount during that time seeing as its not in your purchase history you cant reclaim it since it has been removed

    It wouldnt have been 14.95 which is xgu membership pricing fyi

    It wouldve been 58 bucks which makes sense for abnew release

    Noone on forums can help you

    You need to contact support

    Do you mean install or purchase

    And yes there is a difference

    There is a section above purchase that is for gamepass installs only which never show up on your purchase history as ita part of the gamepass games

    All purchasable games under gamepass has a price discount under buy with gamepass not the free install

    This is the purchase history aspect

    If you did buy with a discount it would show on your purchase history

    If it isnt showing under your purchase history then you didnt buy it with that account

    This record can never be erased

    You will have to go thru any other account on the console to see which profile purchased it

    If you are sharing xgu free installs domt count as purchases

    If you are having issues with xbox 360 gamepass purchases

    The marketplace rules still apply your account region must reflect your actual region

    as stated in my original question, I am very sure I purchased. customer service told me that it was automatically verified that I had game pass and it did not charge me. This occurred during a sale which mislead me to believing I had taken advantage of
    the sale. Does this make the issue clear?
