Customer advocacy email

So I had received an email that if I wish to contact Microsoft support again that I would need to contact the customer advocacy email, given that I have a lot of information to provide that I forgot to include, and I sent a email but have yet to receive a response. Giving me reason to believe I may have tried to contact the wrong one.

And the person I am wishing to contact would be Carlos the relationship manager as he is the one who directed me to this email.

My service request was #1524433514

Any help would be appreciated

hi cronnos i got a email from Xbox Customer Care Advocacy Team today and they have put my 600 points on to my acount.if you email xbox support and ask them if Xbox Customer Care Advocacy Team can contact you thats what i did, they was very quick to help
me as well.hope this helps

Here was their solution to me in an email...didn't work by the way...but I figure maybe you can try it...

This is Kevin with Xbox Live. You have to recalibrate your kinect. Make sure there is nothing in your room and no sounds and re-calibrate your kinect.
