    Why is this the case? My custom gamer pic shows fine on the site, but on the app it throws up this error.

    Now, I don't own an Xbox console per SE, but I use my Xbox app to cross platform play with other Minecraft bedrock users. I double checked every single setting, logged back in and out of my account; and nothing seems to have worked. Even removing my account from the family settings didn't even do anything. My account is officially an adult account, I don't know what is causing this, please help kindly.

    After changing the settings you need to log out in the Xbox app and then restart the Pc to log back again
