Custom Profile Picture Not Updating Among Other Things [Beta Preview Ring]

So I've had this issue for a while, and I'm hoping it will be fixed after unenrolling my console.



I was in the Beta Ring, I was in just Beta Ring cause Alpha almost bricked my XSX when the OS got corrupted and I had to use a secret developer back up menu to update the OS. Anyway I was recently in the Beta Ring.



Anyway, the issue I've been having while I was in Beta Ring, appeared to be an issue with my profile communicating it's changes with the Xbox Network. The main issue I had was changing my Gamer Picture to a Custom Image. Inb4 "was it the right pixel size?"/"did you get an error message?" No/No.



It appeared that everything worked as intended, "We will run it through approval process" yadda yadda it will be updated soon, great.

Except it didn't.

Yes I know it can take up to 48 hours, great great, happy to wait.

It has been months. Yes it is a perfectly appropriate picture, same as the one I have here before you.

I can change to pictures provided by Xbox, works perfectly. But I don't want that.



Now to other issues that have led me to believe they might be related.

Ages ago, around the same time this issue showed up, I noticed my notifications weren't popping like they should, despite having set them to do so after having them off for quite some time.

I also had myself appear offline until recently, I set it up to show my online status to friends. This has not updated either.

A common theme, profile not updating properly. Idk if this is an issue with my profile specifically, or the preview program or what. I just want my Xbox stuff to work and I will not rest until it does!

I've talked to Xbox Support in great lengths to solve this issue, I've taken many steps. (Typical troubleshooting to Atypical) Restart your router, Restart your console, Delete your profile, clear the bluray cache 3 times and restart, factoy reset your console. I've done all of these.
