    Custom profile picture not loading on xbox


    I've been having this issue for a long period of time and I've been seeing on reddit, quorra and on these discussions microsoft other people are having this same issue. I've seen threads about it from 2 years ago and I'm wondering if it's still not yet fixed. If anyone has any suggestions or help they can give me about this issue I'd really appreciate it.

    Thanks for responding and yes, my profile picture doesn't go against the code of conduct and I've tried multiple profile pictures that also don't go against the code of conduct and they never ended up loading on my xbox nor the xbox app on my iPhone.

    Yes, I tried doing it earlier on another device and I've yet to see my profile picture change. Is there anything else I could do?
