    Custom profile pic and Bio issue


    No one but myself can see my custom profile picture and my bio I've changed all privacy settings and reset setting multiple times also removed my account and reset the console itself nothing seems to work or fix I'm the only one that can see my custom profile picture and bio and I am not banned an the picture is nothing offensive

    You can change your profile pic as long as it is a default option in the profile pic list. You just can't create a custom profile pic because they need to be approved before the change takes place. While there is an increase in demand on other issues,
    they are disabling the custom gamer pic ability temporarily to handle those issues.

    They may not have been using custom pics though. Still, as mentioned above, there is a temporary suspension of custom profile pics.

    Yeah, you have to be careful what you have in your bio's and as profile pics. You have to encourage the community, so if someone reported your bio there might have been a reason.

    Hopefully you can try again soon.

    Custom gamerpics will result in a suspension or even a ban.

    All you can use are the rubbish ones provided or your avatar/avatar prop.
