    Custom picture doesn’t work


    I was trying to change my profile pic to my frog on the mobile app but every time it just resets it to some gears of war thing

    Xbox Gamer pic won't change

    It might not be the picture then. If you’re using the Xbox Companion App to upload the custom picture, it’s possible the app is just having an issue (like its had in the past) and we just might need to wait, I know only recently they gave us all access
    to uploading custom profile pictures again. However, if you’re uploding the picture on the Xbox itself and it’s not working, the best advice I can give is to check that the Xbox doesn’t need any updates just to make sure, and if it doesn’t (or updating doesn’t

    Yes, takes longer, because the Xbox Employees need to take a look at the picture and Approve it, and make sure it goes along with the Community Guide Lines. Just upload it and wait, or restart your Xbox, it might already be there.

    It takes times to be processed since it has to be looked at and approved to make sure it sticks to the rules and guidelines.
