    I cant figure out how to upload a custom picture on xbox app, and why are all the custom pfp of my friends disappearing.? I dont like uploading it on my xbox because it takes a long time did they disable the feature.?

    The new app doesn't seem to allow you to change your icon. Meaning the only way you can change your custom profile pic is through a non-updated version of the app, on the system itself (Saving an image to your Xbox or using a USB), or using the PC app.

    I know they enabled custom profile pictures but I can't change my alt accounts profile picture to a custom pfp cause it says I need an adult.

    It's an issue with the servers. A lot of people are having the same issue. All you can do is wait for it to be fixed.
