Custom MInecraft skin won't change (MCPE)

I was trying to change my Minecraft skin from a custom on to a different custom on and it said, "error getting selected file" and I've tried reloading the game, picking a different custom skin, force stopping the game, and clearing the cashe. Can someone help me with this?

P.S. My games splash text (after I cleared the cashe) was "a circle-free environment" which I thought was funny

I found out it was because i renamed the file.(this was after i talked to them)
