Custom made Xbox series 2 elite controller

So I got my custom made Xbox elite series 2 controller in the mail and upon opening my package, the presentation of the controller looked real nice in the case that in came in. Upon picking up the controller, the rubberized grips on the controller felt more like hard plastic and felt nothing like rubber. So I wanted to know if anyone else might have had the same issue with their controllers or if that's how it's suppose to feel. I want to know if it's possible that it might of been made wrong.

Elite series 1 is the best made controller to date . Series 2 wasn't near as solid

That shouldn't be the case normally if you selected specifically the option to add the side rubberized grips, be aware that maybe you didn't choose it when you made it, it isn't predetermined when you make it and you have to pay extra to apply it.

If you did put it, but the controller didn't arrived with them you should talk to the official xbox support if you are interested in making some type of reclaim:
