    It's the official Gamestop policy to be an a-hole to customers.

    Next they will start asking if you have underage siblings that might play your game at home!

    Like in my local Gamestop, the staff keeps asking me if I need help finding a game, when I browse the store.
    -now, I've been going to that store for ten years, and I have NEVER needed their help. So why do they keep asking?

    these days I just pointedly ignore the morons whenever they ask if I need help.

    Sorry to hear it. However, if you cannot get into the preview program because your gamertag is underage there is nothing we can do to help as once the birthdate has been entered it cannot be changed.

    hello cpwilli, sorry to hear about your underage download permission issue. Some game makers DO make content that is not allowed for underaged accounts. You CAN make allowances on a gamertag with an underage birthdate via xbox parental controls but might
    still have to abide by the game specifics. Your choices are to either make allowances and work with the game websites OR build a new account with an adult birthdate.

    If it's an enforcement action you should get a notification. It's usually around 24- 72 hours. It could be that you're underage. Any accounts under 18 can't upload customized photos. You can try signing out of the app and back in and see if that helps
    too.

    try to change your gamertag to another email that has your correct age and if you are underage you have another email of guardian in your current gamertag, if you change your gamertag to another email not erase neither you nor your games gamerscore.
