    Custom gamerpic wrong orientation


    Every time I upload a custom gamerpic either on a PC, the Xbox Series X or from my mobile via the Xbox App it always rotates the image 90° left or right and I can't get it to stay in the original position. Any suggestions?

    Unfortunately I have tried multiple formats of various images I want to upload most recently being the JPG format to no avail.

    Try using another JPG image

    Take a test, try using another browser, incognito mode, and perform this image change, please.

    Custom gamerpics are not ok & will get you suspended.

    They are however coming in the future.The feature is being tested by a select few in the insider program at the moment so you will be able to use custom gamerpics at some point,not just now.

    Support have a habit of giving out the wrong info.
