    Custom Gamerpic not allowed


    I keep attempting to add a custom gamerpic and a message keeps appearing prohibiting me from adding one because it is only available for adult accounts. The thing is my account is listed as an adult account, not a child account. My DOB is in September, 1999,
    so I'm 18 which means it should work. This is annoying because it impedes me from customizing my profile fully. Other than that it affects nothing, doesn't make me get permissions or anything. Please correct this Microsoft.

    Using custom gamer pics/themes allowed?

    You can only make a custom gamerpic by using an Xbox Vision Cam and the pic can only be seen by friends. Using custom pics by any other method than that would not be allowed.

    At any point was your DOB set differently? If so, changing it on account.microsoft.com does not change the DOB on an Xbox account. That is permanent and would not update if you did attempt to change it.

    At any point was your DOB set differently? If so, changing it on account.microsoft.com does not change the DOB on an Xbox account. That is permanent and would not update if you did attempt to change it.

    Basically a couple of reasons for not allowing custom gamerpics on the Xbox One.

    1: People will put up pornographic images

    2: People will put up copyrighted pictures

    There you go, that's basically the two reasons why we aren't allows to have custom gamerpics.

    Because custom gamerpics are only allowed for adult accounts. There's no setting to bypass that.

    This sounds like you had a ban for an custom pic that was against the terms. In that case you are not longer allowed to change to a custom gamerpic.
