    Hello. So about last week, I wanted to change my custom gamerpic via the xbox app. But for some reason it keeps saying the same thing over and over again. And nobody else has been able to help. And before you say, "what about your enforcements" that doesn't effect it because the day before it didn't work, I changed it perfectly fine. And the last enforcement I had was around 90 days ago. So rather if your another user, or someone who works with xbox, it would be greatly appreciated if you could help me out.

    Hi there Brock welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Is the image in any way inflicting the code of conduct? Also, have you tried using the browser?

    You can have a custom gamerpic that is why the option is there.

    If the gamerpic is not in breach of the Terms of Service/Code of Conduct then it will not be changed.

    Only time that enforcement will change the gamerpic if it is in violation of the Terms of Service and other users have reported the custom gamerpic.

    I'm having the same problem. I contacted xbox live support and they even confirmed that i had an adult account and that i was listed as 18 but im still getting the error message "people under 18 can't upload custom gamerpics". I just want to be able to upload
    custom gamerpics and I'm the right age to do so, yet I can't.
