Custom Gamer profile picture for Xbox profile not working???

I'm trying to use a custom Gamer picture for my Profile on Xbox Live. However, It's not letting me change my picture at all. I was able to before perfectly fine, I even tried switching back to the EXACT SAME copy of some of the photo's I could use before
and now suddenly, none of it lets me what-so-ever. I don't know how to fix this issue. I tried changing it on my mobile device, lowering the resolution and scale, the size of it, even cropping and doing all sorts of things, nothing is working. I can't choose
a custom photo no matter what I do, even if I try to change it from mobile or even on my PC or EVEN Xbox.... Nothing works... I would like to know why this seems so random.

Also, it told me to wait and try again later.... So I did, 4 different times, in the last month....

That is the most [mod removed] ive ever seen. Its pretty easy to tell if a custom image is against the guidelines or not. The fact xbox can still suspend people and be able to reply to appeals (which in most cases are far more detailed than looking at
a picture) is a joke. The appeal process takes days and seeing if someones gamer pic is against guidelines takes mins unless you cant use technology. Im sick of being told no to change a damn proflie pic. Xbox fix this instead of playing the victim to my angry
reply. Yall keep giving users reasons to switch to PS4 and it is sad cus i loxe xbox and defend it with honor but this..... this is like we are in middle school little kid drama. Xbox really thought hard on this one. In a already stressful time you guys choose
to stress us out more by changing the dumbest thing and now its pissing people off. Xbox get up grab life by the balls. Make your consumers happy and move on. This profile pic [mod removed] should of lasted a month max not 3.
