Custom Gamepic

The only way for the account to be deemed as an adult account is when the birthday set on the account reaches 18 years old.

Example if needed: If I set a child accounts birthday to January 1st, 2005, the account would be updated to an adult account on January 1st, 2023 (When the account holder would reach 18 years old according to the system).

Changing the accounts birthday or attempting to swap the account to an adult account doesn't work from my knowledge.

Due to the amount of people having trouble with custom gamerpics at the moment i'd say there's an issue.

Leave it a couple of days & try again.

Multiple people seem to be having complaints about custom gamerpics not showing up today. This may indicate an issue on Microsoft's end. Only thing to do is to wait it out.

physically power cycle your console? Once it is done, if the issue is not fixed you could try to

remove and add your account from the console.

Hi thanks for the feedback! I tried both of your solutions and it appeared it worked when I tried. When I logged in via PC the gamerpic updated. The Xbox however, did not change and continues to do the same problem. I logged back into my account via PC after and
it too reverted back to my old gamerpic. My friends can see the updated gamerpic still, but the same issue on my end.
