Custom gamepic will not update on account...

Hi everyone,

So I did a custom image for my gamerpic and waited a few days so Microsoft could approve the change. I waited for a couple of days and still my account gamerpic still was not updated. The gamerpic I upload didn't show anything inapprpriote or controversial
so I was not worried it would be rejected. However, my buddies showed me that the gamerpic I uploaded was what they were seeing on their end. My console on the other hand still shows my previous gamerpic and it has not updated. It has been over two months
since I submitted the image as well. Same story as well when I login in via PC or xbox app on my phone. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Im confused how to change my age on Xbox when I try to change my gamepic to q custom image it says I'm not old enough but I am my account is

Custom Gamepic issues.

I had a cool Hyena Gamepic that I uploaded it months ago until I tried to upload a new custom gamepic but unfortunately, I can't seem to see my gamepic on my laptop or on my Xbox One profile. Has it been verified? This never happened to me and I don't know
why I can't change new custom gamepic anymore. I tried many steps from using an old SanDisk USB stick, from Xbox App beta to Xbox App on my laptop. Is there an that has been going on? I really hope there's an answer. Sometimes I wish the Xbox had some diagnostic
scan to let me know.

Hi,

Did you try to
physically power cycle your console? Once it is done, if the issue is not fixed you could try to

remove and add your account from the console.

Hi thanks for the feedback! I tried both of your solutions and it appeared it worked when I tried. When I logged in via PC the gamerpic updated. The Xbox however, did not change and continues to do the same problem. I logged back into my account via PC after and
it too reverted back to my old gamerpic. My friends can see the updated gamerpic still, but the same issue on my end.

The only way for the account to be deemed as an adult account is when the birthday set on the account reaches 18 years old.

Example if needed: If I set a child accounts birthday to January 1st, 2005, the account would be updated to an adult account on January 1st, 2023 (When the account holder would reach 18 years old according to the system).

Changing the accounts birthday or attempting to swap the account to an adult account doesn't work from my knowledge.

Due to the amount of people having trouble with custom gamerpics at the moment i'd say there's an issue.

Leave it a couple of days & try again.

Multiple people seem to be having complaints about custom gamerpics not showing up today. This may indicate an issue on Microsoft's end. Only thing to do is to wait it out.
