    Current Xbox player base on MW3.


    Ever since MW3 was made backwards compatible, I've always been so interested on buying an Xbox One solely for the purpose of just playing Modern Warfare 3. However, I'm not so sure on whether anyone is playing these days - even just enough to form a lobby.
    I wanted to ask is there still a significant player base playing online on MW3, mainly on the NA East servers and Domination specifically?

    I know i atill hope on and play feom time to time, however, with the new release of modern warfare i bet a lot of people will be making the switch. I have been logging a bunch of time on it!

    Yeah I agree with this I've noticed a lesser player base since the release of modern warfare.

    I'm not sure myself, as I haven't played in years, but if the other Call of Duty games are used as examples then it may be chock full of modders. Sad to see games fall into that state, but it's the main reason that I stay away from Halo 3 on Xbox 360 and
    only play The Master Chief Collection.
