Why cant i get ahold of xbox support?! Ive had a case open for almost a week and NO updates?! My account was hacked that ive spend hundreds, if not, thousands on. I cant even schedule a call back or anything to talk to someone as to why!

I have relpied. Several times actually. Ive even called and no one knows anything other than the case is still open.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. With these types of support cases they can take a while. Do you know if it was escalated? If it has they can take a while to handle. As they need to look into everything that happened and then recover account. The best
way is to reply to the email you got on the case.

Please don't post the messages on the forums. If you filed a complaint on him via the console, the enforcement team will investigate him as well. If he hasn't been suspended already, he will be, You also won't know for sure if/when he receives any form of
enforcement action.

I think this is something that makes sense to support, but there could be a good reason that this is currently not the case.

Yes, as long as games are supported and can handle the current hardware the Xbox One has, they will be supported; this will most likely continue to be the case for 2-3+ years.
