Current reward point available seems wrong!

I've gotten 4000 FREEdom rewards points not sure what that means but I should have gotten a 10% on the things I bought last month I had bought I think around 4-5 games. Could you check if there is still reward points supposed to be credited to my account
or is this right because it doesn't seem like it in my opinion.

Rewards credits seem wrong

We see that your account is accurate. Keep in mind that pre-orders and game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, as mentioned in the FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

So purchases like pre-orders and consumables like Grand Theft Auto cards or Forza tokens are not eligible.

Rewards credits seem wrong

I don't think I'm properly being credited for all of my purchases. When looking thru my history and comparing pending credits and past credits there seems to be several things missing

The 4,000 credits would be from the FREEdom rewards offer. VIp rebates (your 10% back) are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have only just calculated last month's MyVIP, so it was too early to see the Credits pending. They are now pending in your account.

There are currently no offers to receive points for playing Roblox on PC. You can check the Rewards site and the Xbox app for available offers.

Hi, in my experience, the presence of certain rewards showing up in the section of redeemable items is dependent on the current availability of the items, which may also vary by region. I know that I've seen the 12-month Gold subscriptions unavailable before
in my region, only to see it return at some point.

Typically availability of rewards aren't announced in advance, nor are "Hot Deals" offering discounted prices for reward redemption. So unfortunately, there wouldn't be any additional information available regarding the current status of this item.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
