Current 6000 credit MyMission

I have the mission activated for earning 6000 credits for spending $60 before tax on ANY* content.

The offer runs from March 1st to 31st. I purchased Ghost Recon: Standard (pre-ordered) on March 2nd and have no credit for it.

My question is this:

Is that a literal $60? because the game was 59.99 before tax. If so, that is pretty ridiculous.

Either way, If I qualify, could you look into why I did not receive credit?

We have Xbox Live Gold Membership, but 0 reward credit

Have never received reward points. What do I do?

Hi Salmonpie. You currently have 3250 Credits pending in your account. To earn Rewards Credits, you must complete offers via the program. Your purchases are going towards your MyVIP progress. Once you unlock a Star Level, you'll begin to earn payback on
your purchases. We do not see any other actions that would complete an offer. To see what our current offers are, visit your MyMissions page here:

Keep in mind it takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect on the reward website.

Historically $59.99 is not eligible for a $60 offer as that is not $60. Subsequently, that title (Ghost Recon) is already eligible for the 15,000 Games on Demand promotion and titles can only qualify for 1 promo at a time (no double dipping).

A staff member will reply on Monday or Tuesday (they do not work weekends) to confirm or correct the information I provided.

 

2 things I noticed.

1) Microsoft Rewards shows me as getting credit for $60 spent with the 'Shop & Earn' category where you get 1 point for every $1 you spend on any Microsoft store. It awarded me 60 points. (Mind you this is not associated with the Live Rewards program)

2) The purchase does not reflect in the Pending Credits section (MyRewards), where the 96 hour delay would apply.

I haven't activated the Reward for 3 pre-orders mission, because at most this month I am only pre-ordering 2 titles, Ghost Recon Wildlands and Mass Effect Andromeda.

Currently the 6000 point mission is the only one I have active.

The 6,000 credit offer is the only offer you have to activate. All other offers are automatic so the preorders could still count towards the punchcard offer.

In order to start progressing the Simply Rewarding offer, you must first opt in, as stated in the FAQ for the offer. Since your purchase was made on the 2nd, and you opted into the offer on the 4th, that purchase was not eligible. However, I can confirm
that this is a literal $60 before tax, as stated in the FAQ.

This offer is unique in that it requires an opt-in before progressing the offer. Most other offers do not, and for example, you have been awarded a Games on Demand punch for your purchase already.

Also, this offer will allow double dipping, so if you purchase another Games on Demand eligible title, since you have now opted in to the offer, it will both award progress for Simply Rewarding as well as a Games on Demand punch.
