Currency deposit date

Hi Support, around 10 days ago I requested an early deposit of my rewards points into my account; I have still not received the currency and when I check the webpage I cannot request an early deposit anymore. From my understanding, the points automatically
get deposited at 5,000 on the 15th/30th of each month, however I have had 7,000 points since the 13th when I requested an early deposit.

When will they arrive?

It will be possible for me to deposit my credits, since today was the date on the request of the deposit and not deposited

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Note that purchases use promotional currency first, so your purchases with your Microsoft Account after that date used those funds which were deposited.

While we do have deposits around the middle and end of the month, those are just the last day you should expect deposits on. This month, the mid-month deposit was performed on the 9th. Since you manually requested a deposit on the 13th, that request was
made too late to be a part of the mid-month deposit. Therefore, you should expect it to be a part of the end of month deposit occurring shortly. Since you have already queued yourself for a deposit, there is no need to request one manually, and so that button
has been removed.

You can see your deposit as currency from the Microsoft Commerce page. Please note that due to the large volume of deposits, your deposit will occur around the 15th, including up to a few days before or after that date.

where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. There you will see your last deposit on October 25th was already spent on a purchase of Fortnite currency on November 1st.
