CUBE 2 not free

i purchased the free games with gold game " cube 2 " on the 1/12/18 , and was charged £19.99.

i have asked for a refund and been told its not eligible for a refund?

how is this the case please

a FREE game costing £19.99 ?

point 2. . how do i speak to someone, your virtual assistant tells me they will help to contact someone but that is just looped back to a virtual agent.

your phone is just ringing. i just wanna speak to someone regarding this.

Update,

i spoke to someone and had to provide a pictures of were is says this game is free.

it is being escalated to another team.

i was told this game is for games with gold later on in the month .

if others are facing the same problem,get a picture quick before it is changed.

Just wanted to add one thing though: "Q.U.B.E. 2" is actually available for free as a game with gold for the month of December, so the info is correct. The game that will be added later this month is "Never
Alone".

yes agreed qube2 should be free for December , and never alone being added later.

i also confirmed with a friend and its showing for free for him too.

QUBE had a problem with yesterday's evening, she was not downloaded, but it was available at midnight.

 

You need a current Gold account for it to be free. Unfortunately trial accounts for Gold dont qualify for the free 360 game.

 

i have an active gold account, which runs out in feb 2019
