    My son is being bullied by a group of boys who have hacked his xbox and instagram account. They are saying curse words, wishing for people to die and more. They now have him permanently banned from playing.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

    As far as your son's ban, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     for information about the ban and to see about submitting a case review.
