Crysis 3 - Games with Gold - Region Mismatch - Singapore

Hi Team,

I am currently Xbox Live Gold Member in Singapore region. I am trying to download this months second free game with gold 'Crysis 3'. But following error message appears when I try to purchase it on a pc.

"This content is not available for consoles in your region."

When I try to purchase it on Xbox Console following error message appears:

"This game's region does not match this console. It won't be downloaded, and you have not been charged."

Can you please assist for the same? Thank you.

This is an example why it needs t check compatibility

 

Games With Gold for 360 on XBox One

It's an issue with some region locked games. Crysis 3 is region locked so it has to check your region on the console.

 

This is easy what region is ypur account does it match your acta region

Also what region is your console pal or ntsc?

If not pal thats your issue

 

If you have a us account then that wpuld be why you need to match your region

Did you recently moved to another country? You might need to change the region of your Xbox Live account.

I have changed the region and got confirmation from Xbox support as well that my region is changed correctly. I am having the same issue with October's free game with gold . Another chat with Xbox support suggested that the it is the issue with EA (in case
of Crysis 3). Has anybody from asia was able to download Crysis 3 ?
