Crysis 3 download sticks at 9% of 4.97 Gb

Hi Support

I purchased Crysis 3 (4.97 Gb) recently and attempted to download it with the Xbox 360 on a Wireless connection. It wouldn't download beyond 9%.

I deleted the file from the hard drive (identified as Unknown Content, 40 Kb), and attempted to re-download. That attempt also "stuck" at 9%. Since then, I've:

• moved the Xbox 360 to a wired connection
• restarted my modem/router (left off for 5 minutes)
• restarted the Xbox 360
• repeatedly cleared the Hard Drive's System Cache
• confirmed large file download using thinkbroadband.com's 1Gb file download (succeeded)
  
• tested broadband speed at speedtest.net (10 Mbps download, 1 Mbps upload)

After about 10 attempts, each time deleting the 40 Kb file and clearing the cache, it either fails to download or only gets to 9%.

Can anyone offer any help? And if it doesn't succeed, are users eligible for a refund?

Connecting to multiplayer on Crysis 3

Sorry to hear you're having issues with Crysis 3 multiplayer.

Just a quick question:

Does this happen with all of your online games or is it just Crysis 3?

Hi ftang, delete the incomplete file and and clear the cache by going to settings, system, storage, highlight hdd, press y button, select clear cache and then restart your console and try the download again. Hopefully it will start working properly.

Yes, I've done precisely that a few times now, and variations on that theme (e.g. including power cycling the DSL modem/router as well), but still no joy.
