    Hello,

    I just got a brand new computer, and it's not picking up any of my devices on bluetooth, namely my Xbox One controller and my Wireless Headset (a Skullcandy Crusher Wireless Headset) and it's a little bit frustrating because I just turned this computer on
    for the first time yesterday. Any ideas?

    My Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 keeps disconnecting when I use Bluetooth

    Hi!

    I actually have tested my controller on a separate PC. It worked fine, but so far it seems like whenever I connect my headphones and my controller, it starts disconnecting. I think the controller considers itself to also be an audio device, so my headphones and my controller are in a conflict.

    Sadly I don't have another Xbox controller to test with my pc.

    My Headphones are Crusher® Wireless Immersive Bass Headphones, and that's the only other Bluetooth device I use with my PC.

    Edit: I couldn't try out the Xbox Wireless Adapter for PC because it is out of stock.

    This shows because your computer does not Have built in bluetooth you will have to install a bluetooth card or buy an adapter online to use the Xbox One wireless Controller Wireless Using bluetooth

    The Xbox 360 Console, doesn't support Bluetooth & only the Wireless Bluetooth Headsets are capable of a Bluetooth connection to Bluetooth Devices etc..

    You will need to use your Apple USB cable to connect to the Xbox 360 Console..
