Crusader kings 3 Installed dlc not being recognized

I understand you need help on your dlc problem.

If I may ask, did you buy the Royal edition from the Microsoft store?

Please try to reset the Xbox app and your store app.

Click Start and click Settings; Select Apps & features. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options. Click Reset then also click repair.

Once done, please do this:

Click Start and search for wsreset, right click then open as admin, wait for the store to load up again.

Once done, restart your PC and try again please.

If that does not work, try reinstalling the game as well and make sure you are on the Royal edition when installing it.

When go to in to the game and select the chapter one expansion, does it not let you play it?

I understand that you are experiencing issues with Crusader Kings 3 DLC's disappeared.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please check DLC ownership by going to the Microsoft Account Order History and verify your purchase history for Crusader Kings 3 and its DLCs.

Check if the Chapter 4 purchase and prior DLCs show as successfully purchased.

Once verified that it was successfully purchased, kindly check installed content. To do this, open Crusader Kings 3 on your Xbox. Go to the Manage Game & Add-ons section:

Navigate to My Games & Apps > Crusader Kings 3 > Manage Game & Add-ons.

Check if the DLCs for Chapter 4 are listed and installed.

If they’re not installed, manually download them from the store.

And then verify your account by making sure that you are logged into the correct Microsoft account because DLC's are tied to the account they were purchased with.

If you’re logged into a different account, the DLCs won’t appear.

Koenter, the Crusader King 3 version that is included on Game Pass does not come with the DLCs, okay? There is the Royal Edition but that is not the version included on Gamepass.

The only DLCs that cannot be bought are " Fashion of the Abbasid Court " " Garments of the Holy Roman Empire " " Elegance of the Empire " because they are not sold separately, so they are probably pre-purchased DLCs or they come with Royal Edition.

With that being said, I consulted my Game pass, and Crusader Kings 3 does not include the DLCs on the Game pass and they need to be bought separately, okay? That is why they cannot be installed without being bought.
