    Crusader Kings 3 dlc issue


    I bought the expansion pass and one of the dlc/content packs downloaded but the other does not it seems to be stuck in Limbo as the only text is 'can not be purchased separately' so I cant click install. THe pack in question is: Crusader Kings III: Garments
    of the Holy Roman Empire

    The problem is I am now supposed to host a multiplayer game and the because that dlc is missing I cant as it was someone else's save and frankly even though that DLC is not important to me, I still paid for it!

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with Crusader Kings 3 DLC's disappeared.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please check DLC ownership by going to the Microsoft Account Order History and verify your purchase history for Crusader Kings 3 and its DLCs.

    Check if the Chapter 4 purchase and prior DLCs show as successfully purchased.

    Once verified that it was successfully purchased, kindly check installed content. To do this, open Crusader Kings 3 on your Xbox. Go to the Manage Game & Add-ons section:

    Navigate to My Games & Apps > Crusader Kings 3 > Manage Game & Add-ons.

    Check if the DLCs for Chapter 4 are listed and installed.

    If they’re not installed, manually download them from the store.

    And then verify your account by making sure that you are logged into the correct Microsoft account because DLC's are tied to the account they were purchased with.

    If you’re logged into a different account, the DLCs won’t appear.

    I am having the same issue except with Crusader Kings 3 DLC, I own the Royal Edition. I am attempting the steps you've listed but have not had any luck so far.

    Nice to meet you and I hope you are having a great day!

    I understand you have a question about your purchased DLC.

    Actually, it depends on the DLC if they are needed to be installed or not.

    But if the DLC is needed to be installed, they need to be installed on the Xbox for you to use it. For now, DLC's are not automatically uploaded through cloud gaming for you to use.
