Crusader Kings 3 crashing at launch and forcing reinstallation?

Everytime i launch CK3 for Games Pass from the Xbox app it takes me to the Paradox launcher and when i click play, it launches the game then immediately crashes. There is no error message and when i click play again in the Xbox app nothing happens at all.
I have to go into the Microsoft store and click reinstall on the game, after which it immediately reinstalls the game in a few seconds. Then i can try again and it repeats the process

I have tried everything the internet has suggested including:

- Verifying Games Pass Subscription

-Updating Windows

-Updating Xbox App

-Updating Drivers

- Installing Microsoft Visual C++

- Terminating Processes

- Repairing Game Files

- Resetting Game Files

-Multiple Uninstalls and Reinstallations

- Disabling AntiVirus

-Disabling Firewall

- Running Game as Admin

- Performing a Clean Boot

This is everything i could find that people had said to try and not a single one works

What is most disconcerting for me is that the game used to work for me and i put probably around 20 hours into it before it stopped launching and other games still work with Games Pass, its only CK3 that absolutely refuses to work in any capacity
