    Crunchyroll issue, PLEASE HELP


    So a long time ago when I had an Xbox 360 I also had Crunchyroll downloaded as well, but now I have a problem. Well I got rid of my Xbox and Crunchyroll overtime and just recently got an Xbox One and a new Crunchyroll account, I still have the same XBL
    account though. My issue is this, I have a newely made Crunchyroll account (paying from premium too :/ ) and I would like to be able to take advantage of using the App on my Xbox but for some reason my XBL account is still insisting I'm using the other Crunchyroll
    account. How do I connect my new Crunchyroll account to my account on my Xbox One? I've looked everywhere in the App (phone and Xbox) for a "logout/sign out" button and there's nothing, and I can find NOTHING on google or anything! HELP ME PLEASE SO I CAN

    Sounds like your friend has his Netflix settings on the best available. Check the link below to adjust the settings to allow a lower bandwidth for those with a download cap on their account.

    As for video settings on Crunchyroll, you'll need to contact them to find out if it is possible to adjust the settings for a download cap.

    My friend I work with has been using Netflix on his xbox one, Since Xbox one only allows the best of formats to be played on it.. He's hitting the cap of 300 gig download per month in a few days, His wife watches it at home all day and he will generally
    watch it when he gets off work. According to him he's using around 2.5 gig or more an hour watching netflix.

    So my question is with Crunchyroll is it the same? Should I even bother watching it on xbox one or should I just keep using my phone.

    Honestly I've been getting pretty close to my download limit just buying games digitally and updating them and im a little worried with it.

    If you still have access to the other Crunchyroll account, can you go to
    www.crunchyroll.com/acct     while logged into the old account, look for any Xbox devices and deactivate them? Afterwards, can you try to connect your new account to your current XBL account to see if that resolves the issue.

    Xbox does not own crunchyroll...xbox does not create apps for crunchyroll, why whine about it here? Does crunchyroll have forums? Go there?

    They are working on an app (crunchyroll)...though don't stop paying for it, cause if you remember; the service you pay for works on most smart phones, computers, ps3/ps4, and various other devices all under the same subscription...so getting rid of it for
    that reason is a waste of a crunchyroll account imo...
