CrossGen Cold War not working on XBox one X but it does on series X

I own an XBOX one X and a Series X. I bought the digital edition of the game to my series and works fine. When I tried to make it work on my xbox one, I download it because the system says I own it but, once installed, ask me to purchase it. The xbox is
registered with my user name so as the series x.

    :)
