    Cross platform option not there


    I don't have the option to cross platform on minecraft. I've gone over my settings FOUR, 4! Times and they are set EXACTLY like how you want us to have them and when I'm in game I get no freaking option to add a cross platform player. Fix this BS, I've been trying to play with my PS4 friend for months now!

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Make sure that your account settings are set to "Allow". For you to manage it you can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

    If the system detects that your account is a child account you will be redirected to a support site and if not you will be able to change it successfully.

    If you were redirected to a support page, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to your account then use the organizer account so sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings then "allow" the setting on this screenshot:

    Yes ps4 /5 has the option to disable it and it's NOT an option on xbox

    Only select games are cross platform compatible with Ps4.

    If the game you're playing is cross platform then try going into the settings, you might find that there will be an "enable cross play" option and select that!

    Hello in order to play cross platform on Xbox you need to go into the settings in the Fortnite game and select the Allow cross platform play option. He should be good to go after that!
