    Cross platform enabled but won't work


    I have the PS4 and the Xbox 1 version I recently actived my PS4 cross play and it's linked to the Xbox account for Minecraft dungeons I want to play on the PlayStation and my kid on the Xbox but it won't let me invite him what can I do

    Microsoft has been open to cross platform for some time now. It's been Sony that is reluctant to enable cross platform with Xbox.

    Hello Astroman,

    Currently there is no option for cross platform. It will be implemented soon hopefully. Microsoft knows about the issue and is working diligently to implement the cross platform option. If the account birthdate is set to under 12 there will be no way to
    change it to cross play as of right now. Have you enabled it inside of Fortnite itself? Once in lobby hit the menu to pull up settings you will see an option to enable cross play.

    Hi!

    Only select games are cross platform compatible with Ps4.

    If the game you're playing is cross platform then try going into the settings, you might find that there will be an "enable cross play" option and select that!
