Cross-Network Play Glitching

When I play roblox, I normally activate and deactivate the cross-network play multiple times depending on what i am going to play in roblox. However, as of recent, I turned it on in the settings, yet it says I am using cross-network off in roblox, and continues to take me into xbox only servers. When i enter spelunky 2, and i go into an online server, it asks me to enter my pass key to access the content. When i do, it asks me if i want to go into cross-network enabled servers. If i click yes, it asks me to enter my pass key again. It then becomes a loop and every time i put in my pass key, it asks me the same question before asking me to put my pass key in again. I am actually stuck and cannot play as most xbox only servers are quite empty in both roblox and spelunky 2.

Indeed, for a few days, this instability is happening on the privacy settings evolving consoles and PC's. We do think is just a momentary instability, a few users have reported this today and also yesterday. :/

Is not an issue with your account, PC or console. :/

Unfortunately, trying to change it on the webpage also is not taking effect for now. :/

Hello Wes, for my experience and what I see with the platform and games this goes from game to game and with the developer, some games have this option to choose or turn off crossplay with other platforms, but most of them are automatic, natively enabled in the game by developers.

i would first get your friend to check her privacy settings, and if you are trying to play via cross play you will need to make sure it is enabled in your console settings.
