Hola Les quiero decir sobre mi problema que me ha sucedido hoy 22/06/2019 lo que pasa es que compre 2 tarjetas de regalo 1 de 300$ y la otra de 200$, las canjee las dos y todo normal pero como 15 minutos después de tener 500$ de saldo se me bajo a
363$ sin haber comprado nada, pero antes ya debía una suscripción suspendida de 1 mes de Xbox live gold y pensé que era por eso y se había cobrado, después compre un juego de 300$ y al final me quedaron 63$ y después de 30 minutos esos 63$ pesos se me quitaron
de la nada y pues ya eso no se me hizo justo que me quiten mi dinero de la nada si ya no debía nada y ya había pagado la suscripción vencida, si me pueden ayudar y regresar mi dinero porque en verdad no se me hace nada justo que lo quiten solo porque si, todo
esto paso en una consola Xbox 360, muchas gracias y espero alguien me responda y me diga como resolver mi problema por encerio que injusto que te quiten tu dinero de la nada

here you can see the purchases that have been made from your account. it still gives you information about what happened. If you're still not sure, talk to microsoft support. they can see all the movements in your account
