Discus and support Credits showing different ammount on different links in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi, There's 2 different links to Xbox Live Rewards which show different amount of credits.     Hi,

    There's 2 different links to Xbox Live Rewards which show different amount of credits.

    This shows all my credits with my lifetime credits earned.

    Xbox Live Rewards

    This one seems to be the new version and doesn't show all my credits, in fact it doesn't show any.

    Anyone got any ideas as what why these are different and how I can make them the same.

    Sorry but that statement is accurate. Those are some of the things that prevent changing info.

    I already have a OneDrive account associated with a different email address then my Xbox Live login address. How can I link the OneDrive account, so I can access it on my Xbox One?

    Because they are 2 different rewards programs. So what you earn on 1 will not show up on the other. Once the Xbox Rewards program shuts down, if you have any gems remaining, they will transfer to he Microsoft Rewards program (the 2nd link).

    Mosh, this isnt Amex or Paypals fault, if you google this happens VERY FREQUENTLY with Xbox, xbox says it paypals fault paypal says its xbox. Ive been able to get around it by buying different ammounts of points, like 400 400 then 800 then 1600 if thats
    the ammount i need.

    Yup theres very little difference between silver & gold imo, just the ammount of enemy? but theres a HUGE differnce between Bronze & Silver, go figure..

    Because the OneDrive account is the one linked to your gamertag's email address there is only one way to do this. If your gamertag's email address is not a Hotmail one or you want that OneDrive account linked to it you will need to switch the email address
    associated with the gamertag.

    I have a similar situation but the One Drive account that I want to link is part of an account that has Office 365. So am I out of luck?
