    Credits pending for to long.


    My credits have been pending since September 30th. It is now October 26th. It is 67,000 credits can I please get these deposited in my account so i can finish my pre orders.

    Didn't receive Rewards

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer. Since the offer hasn't been available for that long yet, it would be too soon to see the credits pending.

    I've not received my rewards points

    Credits for the Ghost Recon offer should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped as long as you purchased a physical disc from microsoftstore.com.

    For the 6,000 credit offer the credits should show as pending about 96 hours after your purchase (as long as you opted in for the offer).

    The next deposit is scheduled for tomorrow, so unless you have any issues with your account, you should receive them then. If the credits are from your VIP rebate, they were actually not added as pending until October 17. Rebates are just given with the
    last date of the month they are for.

    Due to issues with MyVIP, we had to delay payback for September. So while those Credits are dated as 9/30, they were only recently placed into your account (roughly around the 17th of October). You received these Credits during the end of the month deposit that
    occurred recently. Apologies for the confusion.

    96 hours is how long it takes for credits to show as pending on the rewards site. Once pending, they are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month.
