Credits Pending / Deposit Request

I currently have 50,700 credits that are pending in my Xbox Live Rewards account. It says that they'll be deposited the 15th and 30th of every month. I had these credits well before the 30th but they were not deposited.

It also says, "Tired of waiting? If you've got at least 1,000 Credits pending, you can make an early deposit request for the date shown below." It does not show a date or any kind of link to make this request.

I already had an issue of not getting the 50,000 credits I was eligible for because of an XBL processing error. That was resolved but now I'm wondering if there's a new issue preventing me from actually using the 50,000 credits I was given.

Pending credits, from over a year ago. Also bought games, rented movies and got no credits for them

Hi MadDawgD. Since you have 2748 Credits pending, it is not enough to trigger an automatic deposit since you need at least 5000 Credits pending. Payback Credits for your purchases are included in those Credits. You can request a deposit by going to your
MyRewards page and clicking the Request Deposit button. The next deposit date is April 12th.

Reward credit will not deposit

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event happened around the beginning of the month, they will be a part of the end of month deposit.

Since you have been automatically scheduled for a deposit (since you are above 5000 pending Credits), you do not need to request a deposit, so the button to request one has been removed.

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the
next month. So if you got your 50,000 credits between the 15th and 30th of October, they would be scheduled for deposit on December 15.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first

the following month. Since your Credit event was on the 6th, it will be included with the end of month deposit. The request a deposit button is just for requesting deposits before the automatic deposit amount of 5000 pending Credits.

Credits are deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. If those are the only credits you have pending, you just haven't earned enough for an automatic deposit. Since you do have over 1,000 credits pending, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards
section of the site and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you
are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Now that you have requested your deposit, keep in mind that pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits
pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

If you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000, there should be a request deposit button on the MyRewards section of the site. If you have over 5,000 credits pending, they are already scheduled for a deposit so you would no longer see the
request deposit button. The credits would be scheduled for deposit based on when you got to 5,000 pending. If they were pending before February 1, they would be deposited on the 9th. If they were pending after the 1st, they will be deposited at the end of
the month. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates.
