    Credits not showing up


    I thinks I should of got some credits into my account I bought a Xbox 1 s GOW4 bundle telling me I would get 50,000 credits, also I had a few smaller purchases but nothing seems to get there. Maybe I'm up to date on how the club works. Hope you can help
    me out thanks .

    Hello AnInnealtoir92,

    From the FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Additionally, keep in mind that pre-orders and game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, and will not award payback.

    Hi RAYYONN. There is currently a delay in awarding for console purchases. Credits should show as pending by the end of the week. As for purchases from the Xbox Store, they get calculated into MyVIP. Once you unlock a Star level, you'll begin to earn payback
    on eligible purchases.

    VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So there are still a few days before credits for December purchases can show up.

    Hello Diderius,

    The only 15,000 Credit offer that requires a minimum spend of $30 would be this month's A Rewards Story offer. As Smwutches says, that offer requires three different cumulative spends of $30 for specific titles in order to complete. You can read more about
