Credits not received on november 30th

Hi,

My gamertag is , and I am a member of the xbox live rewards program almost from the begining , and everything was working fine until now, or I think so. I have a VIP rank of 5 stars and most of my credits corresponds of game purchases.

The last diposit of the credits on my account was on November 9th, Since then I have bought several games from the xbox marketplace (xbox.com or from the console) and I have spent around 200 euros. I expected
a diposit of credits at the end of november but nothing appears on my account except the credits corresponding to the survey of november (250 credits).

I supose that something is wrong. Please, may you check my account and let me know what the problem is?

rainbow 6 codes

I bought the Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition on November 30th and I have not received any codes for either Vegas or Vegas 2 to download on xbox one for backwards compatibility.

Yesterday was the 30th, credits still not deposited into my account.

There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit for November took place on the 24th. Your credits would be scheduled for the deposit on the 15th.

When credits are deposited is based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next
month. So the credits would not have been added as pending in time for the deposit on the 24th.

So it sounds like yours were not pending in time for that last deposit of November (which took place on the 24th, there was not a deposit scheduled for the 30th).
