Credits not in account

Hello I was wondering when are my points going to be converted it says they should have been in my account on either the 15 or 30 but they are still not there so just wondering when I can expect them.

I mad a mistake trusting someone brought a Xbox one s that wasn't as described as he said.

Wait it has downloaded games on it? Does that mean he gave you his account? See if his credit card is attached to the account, and buy EVERYTHING. Karma is a bitch, dish some out.Click to expand...

Microsoft Account Hacked

How did they hack your account?

Offtopic, does anyone know how to remove the credit card number from a microsoft account, because I want to do that, because I have no plans to buy any digital games, and don't want someone hacking the account and knowing my credit card.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when you received these Credits as pending from your MyRewards page, which will show the specific date these Credits were pending in your account in the MyStatement section of that page.

The credit card billing information must match the account region. If your account is UK, you will need a UK credit card. To use your US credit card, it must be entered on a US account.

You were given 60,000 credits due to having a level 50 FM3 driver lever, not because of how many credits you had in your account. Credits are not "transferred" over based on your current credit account in FM3.

Ok well what happens if someone uses all but .02$ of that credit than gets an message in november and December saying you have a 6.00 credit for the same thing but doesn't appear in your account?? Was that credit just for the October incident or is that
credit that should be in ones account??

Also, remember that the Points (or Credits) you currently earn from Xbox Live Rewards are:

1) Only credited to you Microsoft Account upon reaching 5,000 Credits (Unless you request that they be credited to your account sooner via the provided link on the rewards site); and

2) Valued at a conversion rate of $1US to each 1,000 Credits (so your 3,500 Credits would be $3.50 US).
