    Hello ,

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by an internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. We have escalated this issue to another team to resolve,
    but have not yet received an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution. To be clear, you are not "losing" any points, and your account is continuing to accumulate and generate Credits
    as normal.

    Been told this before and was reassured that this would be fixed and what a surprise it's not fixed months later prob close to a year and I still can't spend my credits you are failing to honour the agreement we entered into for far too long and I expect
    to be compensated for this failure because it is not on. I have been a loyal Xbox customer since the original Xbox an I have never been so annoyed

    Hello,

    I was issued a refund on 4/19/14 for my xbox live subscription. It shows in my payment history the charge and later refund of $64.79. However it has been ten days and I have yet to see the refund in my bank account. When would the money transfer back to
    my card?

    As we are relying on our other team to fix this issue and they have not yet provided us with a verified resolution date, we have never told users that the problem has been fixed. The earliest post I see for your gamertag is at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/C63F9427-317B-4850-B40B-9E89C45D7424),
    when we were able to use a hotfix to force a deposit into user accounts. However, we specifically stated in our reply:

    Unfortunately, this is only a short-term solution that merely bypasses the error instead of resolving it.
    Until our other team deploys a resolution, the error will still remain on your account. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on their solution.

    We have still not received an update from our other team with a specific resolution date at this time.

    Hello Jakethegreat7xx,

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
    Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

    You may also have to contact your bank. For some banks it can take up to 30 days for a refund to go back on an account.

    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
