Credits not deposited / no early deposit button?

My account is showing 30,000 XBL Rewards credits as of the 4th Jan 2017 but they weren't automatically deposited into my MS account on the 15th. I also don't have the button appearing to request an early deposit?

Hello oreoz55,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event happened early this month, it will not be deposited until the end of month deposit cycle.

Early deposit request

The early deposits are only early in the fact that they are scheduled for a deposit before needing 5,000 pending first. Otherwise the credits would just remain pending until you have 5,000. Even with a deposit request, the credits are not deposited earlier
than the scheduled deposit dates.

Since they were added as pending on the 4th, they are scheduled to deposit on the 26th. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited
by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

If you have reached 5000 or more by the end of last month, those should be converted on the 15th, if you have reached that amount this month, then you should get the deposit at the end of the month.

As for the early deposit button, it only applies if you have less then 5000 credits in your balance, as with that button you can request credits to be converted before you reach the 5000 quota; after you reach 5000, convertion is automatic. Delivery dates
are the same with early deposit, "early" just means before reaching the limit.
