Discus and support Credits not converting into local currency. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I've had 5000 credit since the seventh yet it's not converting into. Currency.     I've had 5000 credit since the seventh yet it's not converting into. Currency. What do I do to fix it? And if I can't please contact me on the number connected to my account.

    Yes, credit which you used on the 360 can also be used on the Xbox One. Note that Microsoft Points have been transitioned into local currency. Sometime within the near future you should see your points convert into local currency for your region (in most
    cases, US dollars). The local currency can be used to make purchases from the Xbox One.

    They would be scheduled for the deposit on the 26th. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you
    get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Hello gome222,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
    to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Credits are deposited based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if
    you earned your credits after the 15th of February, they should be deposited in the next few days.

    the following month. Since your Credit event that placed you above the 5000 Credit requirement for an automatic deposit occurred on March 20th, your deposit will be a part of the mid-April deposit.
