    So today it supousedly was the day when my credits would be deposited but when i checked there was nothing there

    I purchased an Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store and received my 50,000 credits. However, I have had them since 12/06/16 and they were never deposited on the 15th. As well, I have no option to request an early deposit date. I really want my credits to
    be converted into my local currency, and it would be very much appreciated if thisissue was fixed, since many other users are having the same problem.

    Hello B0nes2999,

    We only schedule deposits automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you are beneath this amount, you will have to schedule your own deposit from the MyRewards page. This option is available between 1000-5000 Credits.

    The credits are scheduled to be deposited on the 29th.

    Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.
