Credits not being deposit as stated!

My pre-order rewards never get deposited.

I pre-ordered a copy of Titan Fall 2 Deluxe Edition along with Gears Of War 4, and Ghost Recon: Wild Land. I received my credits for GOW4, but I haven't received the credits for Titan Fall 2. What should I do?

How can i get my xbox live reward credits

As stated by Smwutches, since you did not have 5000 pending Credits until recently, you were not automatically scheduled for a deposit until your Credit event on the 3rd this month. You recently received your Credits in our end of month deposit that just
occurred.

deposits not working

as stated in title, your system can't deposit credits earned into my account, also I bought mass effect Andromeda last week but as yet I have not received the 6,000 credits for spending $60 this month.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. You received Credits for your purchase of Gears of War 4 due to a special offer we ran in September. That offer was unique in that it also rewarded purchases made previously to the offers release. Normally, pre-orders
are not eligible for MyVIP, and are only Rewarded via special offers, located on the MyMissions page.

We only schedule deposits automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you are beneath this amount, you will have to schedule your own deposit from the MyRewards page. This option is available between 1000-5000 Credits.

The credits are scheduled to be deposited on the 29th.

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.
