CREDITS NOT AUTO REDEEMING

I had 19,750 in credits as of 10/27/16 but they were not auto deposited on the 30th. Also there is no place for me to request an early deposit like it says on the website. This will be my third time trying to contact you... I web chated and called, they
both said they could not help me and i needed to post on this foum. I am very displeased with microsoft at this time! Please contact me ASAP

redeeming credits

hi i redeemed 15,000 credits last week and im still waiting for them to be put into my local currency and deposited into my account, i was just wondering if you could assist me with any information on when this will happen please

There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit took place on October 27. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th,
they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if you got to 5,000 on October 27, they should be deposited on November 10 (the next deposit date).

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just do you have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

I can confirm Smwutches' response. Since your Credit was placed as pending on the 27th, you should see the Credits deposit in this month's mid-month deposit.

The credits should show as pending on the Rewards site. If they were redeemed before the 15th, they should be deposited tomorrow. If you redeemed them after the 15th, they should be deposited in June.

Following up from this :

If I log into the rewards page, I can then go to my MS account, and that is offering me to join rewards ?

It's as if the MS account and the rewards account are not connected some how.

So not sure what is going on there, they are both the same email, on the same account, as I can see the purchases I make on the payment history.

Any help would be good.

Support will get back to you about the rewards credits, but this would be asking you to joint the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program. It's a separate thing.

The program will still be making a deposit in June for anyone who earned credits during the end of May since that is when they would normally be scheduled for deposit.
