Hello again

First of it was never stated that 5,000 credits equal £3. It actually said 5,000 equals $5 which i converted based on exchange rate. So 23,000 reward credits converted to 13.80 is not the correct conversion it should have been 18 since conversion is based
on local currency dollars to pounds, also your program never explain how much . Second It was requested for a $60 value game but instead you choose $15 and you did it on purpose downgrade of the value and that just terrible. And your inability to fix this
problem show how incompetent the programs is. So you owe me credit from inaccurate conversion so that 15,000 + 50,000 for the 60 dollar game not given+ 20,000 for being terrible at Xbox live rewards customer service and for not helping. You must offer credits
to fix this issue you created. So will you?

Reward credit not correctly added

During the live reward anniversary they were prize to be given and i got one of them. However i didn't get because the entire system keep crashing and fails to work so i didn't get the prize and i demand i get credits as a replacement. The whole thing is
to reward players but that didn't work to fix this i get 150,000 credits.

Additionally, we have found your first post, where you yourself claim that this was for the Call of Duty DLC, which we confirmed (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/ADE62FE3-1E8C-4922-89BD-4D7D4155469A).
You were never eligible for any $60 game.

My bank (Ukrainian PrivatBank) opens virtual card for only using it with internet stores or markets, and that card has expiration period up to 2023 year. Finally I've found the valid url on nonlocalized site to add a card with such expiration period, but
both xbox and localized site have no ability to add that card.

I spoke to the support line and was guided through the process. Basically problems had arisen because I had not completed all the information requested of me. For example I had declined to list my phone number and I hadn't bothered with choosing a memorable
question. Once I had added these, the support guy took my debit card details and now it all works fine. I hope this helps you.

1. Region can be changed via console settings so if that is what you are after its pretty straight forard.

2. If you want to change the region on your gamertag you might be out of luck as it seems like this is no longer being offered.

3. If you are trying to add a CC please note that the Country of the account (Gamertag) should match the country where the CC was issued or it will not verify.

Frankly if you have a UK account you might be better off with regards to content, DLC etc. You can consider using prepaid cards if the CC is an issue.
